Requirement is for: MQNA 21- 6000 Repair Roll-up Doors BLG T-709 The contractor shall provide all plant labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and personnel necessary to accomplish the work described in the attached statement of work for building T-709. During the performance of this work, building T-709 will remain in service. Contractor shall provide necessary equipment to protect stored materials from any damage or dust accumulation. Work is located at Avenida do Imperio, Facility T-709, Lajes Field, Azores - Portugal, and shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Specifications, latest version of the Lajes Field Installation Facilities Standards (LFIFS), available at https://www.wbdg.org/ffc/af-afcec/installation-facilities-standards-ifs/lajesafb-ifs and all applicable Codes and Regulations.

The intent of this notice is to notify potential offerors that Lajes Field, Terceira, Azores, Portugal intends to solicit proposals and award a single award firm fixed price contract using FAR Parts 13 and 15. This synopsis is for a solicitation for the following: The contractor shall provide all plant labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and personnel necessary Replace APS Air Freight Terminal Roll-Up Doors, T-709. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 332321. The anticipated solicitation, FA448621R0005, release date on or about 14 June 2021. The closing date, time for submission of offers, as well as the date and time for pre-proposal conference will be contained in the solicitation package. Solicitation documents will be posted on the Government Point of Entry located at the System for Award Management (SAM) web site. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. All contractors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) or their proposal will not be considered.
