This solicitation is for a TELESCOPIC PLATFORM FOR STRUCTURES SHOP, to include delivery directly to Lajes Field. This must be of the brand MANITOU 280TJ OR EQUAL. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 333923 – Aerial work platforms manufacturing. This is a full and open competition. 2. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract, in accordance with FAR 16.202. A single award will be made as a result of this solicitation. Please be advised that this RFQ in no manner obligates the Government regarding award of a contract that results from the issuance of this solicitation. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov to be considered for award. 3. To ensure timely and equitable evaluation of the quote, interested vendors must follow the instructions contained within the attached SF1449, product description, and shipping instructions. Quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation. Vendors are required to meet all solicitation requirements, including terms and conditions, representations and certifications, and technical requirements, in addition to those identified as evaluation factors. Failure to meet a requirement may result in a quote being ineligible for award. 4. Responses to questions will be publicly posted as an amendment to this solicitation, prior to the solicitation response deadline. 5.
