This is not a solicitation announcement. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Quote, nor does it restrict 765 ABS/CONF/PKA to an ultimate acquisition approach. No contract will be awarded from this announcement and requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. This Sources Sought Notice is in support of market research being conducted by 765 ABS/CONF/PKA to determine potential sources capable of providing and transporting all items required to Lajes Field within 30 days, including a 2 year warranty for hardware and technical assistance and providing training to the requiring activity at Lajes Field. For the future acquisition of these items, vendors should be aware that only offerors which have active registration in the federal government’s vendor database, System for Award Management (SAM.gov) will be considered. All costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought will be solely at the interested party’s expense. The Government will not reimburse costs and will not be liable for any costs associated with responses to this procurement notice. Respondents will not be notified of the responses to this notice. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
