The intent of this Sources Sought is to identify sources for one (1) Portable Field Armory, also known as a Portable Arms Vault, with the dimensions of 30' X 10' X 10' (12192mm x 3048mm x 3048mm). This item must be built IAW Naval Sea Warfare Center (NSWC) 3046-93-2 specifications. This Portable Field Armory is to be acquired for Lajes Field Air Base, AZORES, PORTUGAL. It is imperative that sources responding to this notice provide confirmation that they are able to deliver all items to one of the following shipping addresses: Base Aerea No. 4 Avenida do Imperio Terceira, Azores, Portugal 9760-277 2. Capability Statement: The following requests are designed to apprise the 65th Contracting Flight, Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal of any prospective contractors capable of providing the exact item described, with the precise specifications, built IAW Naval Sea Warfare Center (NSWC) 304-93-2. The requirement shall include delivery. In addition to confirmation of capability, please provide in your response the following: Offeror’s Name Address Point of Contact Phone Number E-mail Address DUNS Number CAGE Code This is not a not a request for quote or proposals, but merely a means for Market Research. Information provided by potential sources will be utilized by the Government to determine market availability and appropriate procurement strategy. An award of a contract will not result from this Sources Sought Notice. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. The capabilities will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining potential sources. All information submitted will be held in a confidential manner and will only be used for the purpose intended. All responses shall be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist no later than 2:00 PM Azores Local Time on Friday, July 10, 2020.
