(CAGE: 4MYL4), as the only responsible source that can provide preventive maintenan... The 87th Contracting Squadron, JBMDL, New Jersey intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with LODIGE U.S.A. INC. (CAGE: 4MYL4), as the only responsible source that can provide preventive maintenance & repair to the cargo mechanized material handling system (MMHS) previously installed by Lodige, USA, located at JBMDL, NJ under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The contractor shall perform quarterly preventive maintenance on the cargo mechanized material handling system. The contractor shall ensure the MMHS system is certified in accordance with the manufacturer technical specifications, including all updates, following the preventive maintenance and repair process with a Period of Performance that will be one 12 month base period with four 12 months options.
