The 87th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), New Jersey is contemplating a single award Indefinite-Delivery Requirements contract which consist of, but is not limited to, design, construct and repair concrete airfield apron or asphalt runways on JB MDL. A DRAFT copy of the Statement of Work is attached. This acquisition is being synopsized under North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 237310 – Highway, Street and Bridge Construction. The Small Business size standard is $39,500,000.00 Please note that this Sources Sought Notice is issued to solely for the purpose of market research and to obtain information from potential sources. No solicitation is being issued at this time. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, or ultimately award a contract. Upon review of the industry response, the Government will determine whether set-aside procurement in lieu of full and open competition is in the Government’s best interest. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. Recent, relevant experience in all areas should be provided. Bonding: provide your bonding capacity per contract and aggregate. Bonding for each project will be at the task order level.
