The 787th Civil Engineer Squadron located at JBMDL, NJ is seeking information pursuant to FAR PART 10, in support of Market Research to identify potential sources for a broad range of design-build and construction projects affecting real property, including infrastructure. Potential Task Orders may be issued on an as-needed basis under to define specific project requirements involving Design-Build and/or Construction only requirements; including but not limited to: tasks in a variety of trades such as earth work, excavation, infrastructure, water distribution system, sanitary sewer, storm drain, electrical, telecommunications, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, structural steel, framing, roofing, carpentry, millwork, painting, plumbing, mechanical (including HVAC), lead and lead based paint abatement/removal, asbestos abatement/removal, site work, road and parking lot paving, airfield pavement, HAZMAT surveys and other specialty and general contracting work.
