Introduction: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY – This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, as a means for the Government to conduct market research, identifying interested parties and their capability to upgrade the card access software system and install the server/workstation upgrade with Lenel OnGuard services and firmware upgrades to Bldg 3458 in accordance with (IAW) the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). Responses to this notice will be considered and will help the Government dictate a path forward. All business categories will be considered to include large businesses. 2. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. Contractor Capability: The contractor shall be responsible for supplying the Lenel System Software upgrade requirements identified in the attached draft SOW. 5. Responses to Notice: Responses to this notice shall be limited to three pages and submitted on SAM.gov, GSA E-Buy, or by email to Contract Specialist, Ms. Christina Vargas (christina.vargas.1@us.af.mil), and Contracting Officer, Mr. Edward Sherwood (edward.sherwood@us.af.mil). Responses are due no later than Friday, 11 FEB 2022 by 4pm Eastern Standard Time. Any questions may be directed to the points of contact listed above. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 561621 with a Small Business Size Standard of $22.0 Million. The Product Service Code is 6350. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their response under the applicable NAICS of 561621. Respondents shall not be obligated to provide the services/items described herein.
