The 360th recruiting squadron will be conducting their annual training conference training and annual awards banquet. The 360th will be needing conference room support, banquet hall, breakout rooms, and refreshments throughout the week of 22-27 October 2023, Venue shall be located no more than 15 miles from Dulles International Airport. The contracted venue will be required to service approximately 900 attendees and the Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the venue providing deliverables. Such providers shall be accountable to the venue who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. Additional details in attached PWS and Pricing Sheet.
