Introduction: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY – This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, as a means for the Government to conduct market research, identifying interested parties and their capability to provide a Sound Proof Pod for recording podcasts for the 305th Innovation Lab in accordance with (IAW) the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). Responses to this notice will be considered and will help the Government determine a path forward. This requirement will automatically be reserved for small businesses due to the anticipated dollar value but may be opened for unrestricted competition as deemed appropriate by market research and responses to the sources sought. Contractor Capability: The contractor shall be responsible for providing a sound proof pod to record podcasts to include installation, transportation, and warranty work for the USAF 305th Innovation Lab located at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. Responses to Notice: Responses to this notice shall be limited to three pages and submitted on SAM.gov, GSA E-Buy, and by email to Contract Specialist, Jake Camacho (jake.camacho@us.af.mil), and Contracting Officer, Mr. Eddie Sherwood (edward.sherwood). Responses are due no later than Friday, 4 August 2023 by 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. Any questions may be directed to the points of contact listed above. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 512240 with a Small Business Size Standard of $11.0 Million. The Product Service Code is 5835, Sound Recording & Reproducing Equipment. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their response under the applicable NAICS of 512240. Respondents shall not be obligated to provide the services/items described herein. Responses from interested vendors should address the following items: Confirmation that your company can provide the requested items in the SOW. Provide company socio-economic status (i.e. Small, Small Disadvantages Women-Owned, etc.) under identified NAICS and company profile to include, CAGE Code, DUNs number. Also, please provide the GSA contract number and SIN the products are available under if applicable.
