The contractor shall provide all labor and equipment (except for what’s provided by the Government in paragraph 3.x) to assist and support the Expeditionary Center (EC) Staff A3/4/5/9 on site in collecting, validating, and disseminating Combat Support (CS) Air Force Tactics Techniques Procedures (AFTTP 3-4) (See Appendix A) to the Air Force. The contractor will compile gathered Lessons Learned (LL) and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) to codify into tactical doctrine. The contractor will participate in the process to collect emerging tactics from around the world, evaluate that information in accordance with applicable Air Force references (see Appendix A), and disseminate the information to our operational Expeditionary Air Force.
