8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8)

This RFI is for 8(a) businesses only and seeks custodial services for on-site student housing and training facilities. The work is required to support over 9,000 students annually across more than 80 courses. The services will be performed at the specified student housing facility, which includes dormitories, common areas, restrooms, laundry rooms, classrooms, and administrative spaces. The requirement is to maintain a safe and sanitary environment to support student health and mission readiness.
