The contractor must provide setup and operation training, perform all maintenance and emergency repairs/services, and pick up the vehicle after the rental period. The Government will check and refill fluid levels (gasoline/diesel, motor oil, antifreeze), will not perform repairs, and will dispose of hazardous waste through the base water waste plant.
