The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, repair/replacement parts, supplies, services, and materials—except government-furnished items—for engineering, installation, operation, and maintenance of Business Cable TV, Internet, and Ethernet services at the U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center campus, specifically buildings 5656, 5651, 5652, and 5650. Services must remain at the same level as the existing Comcast Business Cable, Internet, and Ethernet offerings, with account details in Appendix A. The contractor must maintain the supporting infrastructure to ensure cable TV, internet, and Ethernet access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The contractor must be capable of serving government official users in the identified buildings and deliver the best possible technical performance consistent with sound engineering and commercial practices. The campus infrastructure includes digital cable adapters, modems, routers, and wireless access points.
