This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial kitchen exhaust hood maintenance services, including preventative maintenance and certifications for exhaust systems and fire protection. The contract is a total 8(a) small business set-aside under NAICS 238220. Services will be performed at multiple locations on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. The period of performance includes one base year, four option years, and a six-month extension, running from 1 December 2026 through 31 May 2032. Note that funds are not presently available, and the government's obligation is contingent upon availability of appropriated funds.
