JBOC SVTC Equipment Purchase, Installation, and Integration
This is a project to replace existing A/V equipment with new, STIG-compliant hardware and software to support both nonsecure and secure video teleconferencing systems at Building 1758. All work must be performed on-site, and the integrated systems must be controllable from a single location. Attendance at a mandatory site visit at JB MDL on March 19, 2026, is required for an offeror to be eligible for award. Funds are not presently available for this effort, and no award will be made until they are. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time without reimbursing offerors for costs.
