Cost estimating software must be Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Masterformat or equivalent based. Software shall use up-to-date and reliable construction estimating date to develop accurate project budgets and validate costs based on our location. Software shall be convenient and intuitive to our squadron and fit the needs and abilities of different users.
