No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.*** The objective of this solicitation is to replace the two existing broken and outdated saunas in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms, and includes, but is not limited to the labor and materials to provide two full sauna demolitions and rebuilds including the equipment necessary for the haul away. Saunas are not attached to the facility walls. GFH provides the space available for sauna rebuild. Please see attached PWS for more information.
