Long Distance/Toll Free Telephone Services (McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst) The government is contemplating award of a requirements contract with fixed priced task orders for Long Distance/Toll Free Telephone services on throughout Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. The contractor shall provide long distance and toll-free access to the designated circuit demarcation points. These services shall include any equipment, wiring, or infrastructure, including operator assistance functions while complying with all Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Public Utility Commission (PUC), Department of Defense (DoD), AF, and industry standards. This is a commercial acquisition. The base period is from 15 February 2025 through 14 March 2026 with four one-year option periods. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the most current federal acquisition circular. This action is being procured under NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Service) and related business standard – 1,500 Employees. The solicitation is expected as a RFQ issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside requirement. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management in order to do business with the government. The solicitation will be issued on or about 5 December 2024. The due date for proposals will be posted in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities web page within the beta.SAM.gov website. Paper copies will not be made available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested contractors to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities web page frequently for updates/amendments to the solicitation.
