The purpose of this announcement is to post the J&A on www.sam.gov for increasing the maximum value (ceiling) of the Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) by $25 million, from $99 million to $124 million. Note that this posting IS NOT a request for proposals or quotes, but rather a synopsis of a modification to a current IDIQ under the authority cited due to “6.302-1 – 10 USC 3204(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source - No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” The synopsis is being posted as a matter of transparency and due diligence. The ceiling increase to the existing MACC IDIQ contracts that is explained and justified in the J&A attached to this announcement is considered, in-scope modification.
