Proposed Work: The contractor shall provide all supervision, quality control, labor, tools, equipment, appliances, and materials, and perform all work necessary for maintenance and repair projects at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL). This project shall be performed in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings forming parts thereof, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. All approved equivalent replacement parts will be first approved for use by the COR prior to installation. Estimated Pricing Range: In accordance with DFARS 236.204, the estimated contract ceiling of this construction project ranges between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00. Tentative Dates for Official Solicitation: Posting - on or around March/April 2024 with requests for bids closing approximately 31 calendar days from the date of original posting Period of Performance - July 2024 through July 2029, plus potential 6 month extension through Jan 2030
