Contractor shall include all necessary username and passwords or other applicable methods access for twenty-five (25) accounts that can be used simultaneously for cost estimating purposes; of cost estimating software, RS Means Online or equivalent must be Construction Specification Institute Master format or equivalent based. Reponses are due no later than Monday 16 September 2024 by 5:00pm Eastern Time.
