We strive to drastically improve our training program for hands-on skill-building and welding performance. The integration of a virtual reality welding simulator will be the corner stone of this program. This training simulator produces realistic welding puddle visuals, accurate sounds, and movements. What can be learned virtually with a welding simulator seamlessly transfers into real-world applications, hands-on welding just as aircraft flight simulators do for pilots. This machine will allow us to meet deployment tasking requests for vehicle mechanics proficient in welding.
