The 311th, 338th, & 339th Recruiting Squadrons will be conducting their annual training conference and awards banquet in Sandusky, Ohio from November 11th to the 15th. The Group will need conference room space, support and internet, a banquet hall, and breakout rooms throughout the week of 11-15 November 2024. The Venue shall be located in Sandusky, OH. The contracted venue will also be required to provide on-site individual billeting rooms for 320 personnel for 4 days (11-15 Nov.), including 214 standard rooms and 106 on-suite rooms, and service approximately 320 attendees to be paid for via individual Government Travel Cards (GTC), outside of payment of this contract. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the venue providing deliverables. Such providers shall be accountable to the venue who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. Procurement of the Tri-Squadron Annual Conference shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement Amendment issued to solicitation is to extend solicitation to 14 August at 1500.
