This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Combo is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 effective 14 May, 2024. This requirement is being issued as full and open competition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 532111, Passenger Car Rental, with a small business size standard of $47 million. This requirement is being issued as unrestricted. The government intends to issue a firm fixed-price contract for the period of 30 May 2024 to 24 June 2024. For pricing, submit on the attached bid schedule or submit in other similar format clearly stating the price of each vehicle per line item.
