The government is only requesting price lists from offerors for arranging a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Period of Performance is the time frame of established BPA and will be from 30 May 2024 – 30 June 2024. Personnel and dates of rooms needed are estimated quantities. ***14 May 2024 - this combo has been amended to: - Provide updates to PWS, specifying general area - Update dates for the anticipated agreement on the BID sheet. - Question due dates have been extended to 16 May 2024. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA448424Q0010 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 effective April 30, 2024. This requirement is being issued as full and open competition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 721110, Hotels (except Casino Hotels), with a small business size standard of $40 million. This requirement is being issued as unrestricted in regards to the socio-economic class categories. The government intends to issue a firm fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the period of 30 May to 30 June to hotels in the Tamuning area, Guam. Offerors shall include with their quotes, as of the day offered, the availability of the rooms throughout the ordering period in accordance with the attached PWS. For pricing, submit on the attached bid schedule or submit in other similar format clearly stating the price of room per night and any associated fees.
