Sources Sought Hoist and Crane Maintenance and Repair, New Jersey, 08641 Introduction: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY – This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, as a means for the Government to conduct market research, identifying interested parties and their capability to perform maintenance services for Hoists and Cranes located on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. Responses to this notice will be considered and will help the Government dictate a path forward. All business categories will be considered to include large businesses. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to maintain continuous and safe operations of hoists and cranes located at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. The scope of performance includes, but is not limited to the preventative maintenance, inspection / testing, repair, load testing and certification of hoists and cranes In Accordance With (IAW) all local, state, federal laws/regulations, applicable American Society of Mechanical Engineers/American National Standards Institute (ASME / ANSI) codes and manufacturer’s requirements in a manner that shall ensure continuous and safe operation. The contractor shall maintain records of any preventative maintenance, inspection / testing, repair, load testing, and certification conducted on hoists and cranes. Responses to Notice: Responses to this notice shall be limited to three pages and submitted by email to Contract Specialist, TSgt Erik Jasiunas (erik.jasiunas@us.af.mil). Responses are due no later than Friday, 20 NOV 2023 by 2pm Eastern Standard Time. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $11,000,000. The Product Service Code is 3950. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their response under the applicable NAICS of 811310. Respondents shall not be obligated to provide the services described herein. Responses from interested vendors should address the following items: Provide company socio-economic status (i.e. Small, Small Disadvantages Women-Owned, etc.) under identified NAICS and company profile to include, CAGE Code, UEI number.
