INTRODUCTION THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY – This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, as a means for the Government to conduct market research, identifying interested parties and their capability to provide training and support for a High Threat Driving Course and Security Seminar as outlined in the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Responses to this notice will be considered for market research purposes and will help the Government dictate a path forward. All business categories will be considered to include large businesses. 2.PERFORMANCE LOCATION Richmond, VA/Washington D.C. Area 3. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. 4. VENDOR RESPONSE/CAPABILITIES It is requested the contractor respond to this sources sought notice with information in sufficient detail regarding their capabilities and capacity to satisfy the requirement. Please see the Draft PWS. Potential offerors are encouraged to provide feedback on the Draft PWS content. The government may not respond to or publish comments, resulting actions/changes, etc. However, the Draft PWS may or may not be revised based on feedback provided. A Final PWS will be posted at the time of solicitation. Potential offerors are cautioned that once a solicitation is available any proposals must be based on the actual RFP once posted. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training, with a Small Business Size Standard of $15,000,000. The Product Service Code is U099. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; each respondent should clearly identify their business size in their response under the applicable NAICS of 611430. Respondents shall not be obligated to provide the services described herein. Responses from interested vendors should address the following items: Confirmation that your company can perform the requested services and has capability to supply necessary items to meet requirements in accordance with the Draft PWS. Provide company socio-economic status (i.e. Small, Small Disadvantages Women-Owned, etc.) under identified NAICS and company profile to include, CAGE Code, UEI number.
