The Contractor shall provide all supervision, management, quality control, labor, tools, equipment, appliances, transportation, supplies and materials and perform all work necessary to apply markings on all airfield pavements located on Joint Base McGuire- Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL). The scope of work shall also include runway rubber removal, friction testing, and paint removal. The physical work site parameters encompass all airfield pavement areas to include but not limited to: runways, taxiways, parking aprons, streets, and parking lots. This scope of work does not include areas outside the airfield areas.
