All other terms and conditions remain the same. 1. Attached are the cad drawing for Audio and Control. Engineering needs to see how Video is flowing through the systems. Typically, Audio follows video but we would like to be sure to account for errors in the future. A. We do not have the expertise on staff to interoperate what the engineer was thinking when they designed this system. 2. Question posted previously regarding Eiki AH-A22030 Lens. The answer that was given doesn’t seem to address the question in regards to the lens and if a different projector is needed: Eiki AH-A22030, Eiki Lens with 1.22 - 1.53 Throw Ratio Part# AH-A22030. Original Question : This lens does not fit the above projector. If this throw ratio is required, a different projector will be required. Please clarify. Your teams answer: Room does not have a dedicated sound system, just loudspeakers that can be linked to the Cotillion and Colonial. A. Please refer to Note 3 & 4 of the 29 August SOW. Contractor should provide a solution to meet this requirement. 3. We are not able to resolve the use case for the “C2G 39702 HDMI and USB Pass Through Wall Plate, insert, (1) HDMI Female, (1) USB-B Female. Note 3”. If these are intended to connect the camera to a device more than 15-20 feet away for USB (maybe 30 feet for HDMI) then a CAT cable extender would be required. Are we ok with that solution? A. These plates are intended for the customer/presenter to connect into the system to project their presentation.
