Book & DVD Movie Lease The government is contemplating award of a requirements contract with fixed priced task orders for services, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, and other incidentals necessary to ensure the supply of books and DVD movies for the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst Library, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. This is a commercial acquisition. The base period is from 15 November 2022 through 14 November 2023 with (4) one-year option periods. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the most current federal acquisition circular. This action is being procured under NAICS code 511130 (Book Publishers) and related small business standard – 1,000 Employees. The solicitation is expected as a RFQ issued as a competitive Full and Open requirement. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management in order to do business with the government. The solicitation will be issued on or about 11 October 2022. The due date for proposals will be posted in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities web page within the beta.SAM.gov website. Paper copies will not be made available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested contractors to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities web page frequently for updates/amendments to the solicitation.
