The contractor shall provide all supervision, quality control, labor, tools, equipment, appliances, and materials, and perform all work necessary, for maintenance and repair construction projects at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL). This work shall be performed in strict accordance with any provided specifications and drawings, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. All equivalent (or equal) replacement parts will be first approved for use by the COR prior to installation.
