The proposed contract is a firm fixed price not to exceed 18 weeks after award. These two (2) heaters will be used in deployed locations. The vendor will provide all necessary hardware for the heaters and all user operation manuals. The equipment managers of the 621 CRG will be responsible for the maintaining and accountability of this item. The heaters will provide heat and efficient climate for the Assessment team to work in arctic locations. For further details on the description of this requirement to please refer to the attached statement of work (SOW). This acquisition is being solicited as a total small business set aside. Telephone or verbal requests for the Request for quotes or questions will not be accepted or considered. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the SAM at the time of award.
