The following attachments have been revised and updated to correct minor discrepancies: Attachment 2 - Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan Attachment 5 - Labor Worksheet The government is contemplating award of a requirements contract with fixed priced task orders for Base Telecommunications System services on the Dix area of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and all other resources for voice & data services in a Converged (Internet Protocol) IP/Unified Capabilities (UC)/Time Division Multiplex (TDM)/Asynchronous Transfer Mode architecture including legacy telephone systems, Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) systems, the outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) systems, voicemail, cable mark-outs, and all associated equipment. This is a commercial acquisition. The base period is from 1 March 2021 through 28 February 2022 with four one-year option periods. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the most current federal acquisition circular. This action is being procured under NAICS code 517311 (Wired Telecommunications Service) and related small business standard – 1,500 Employees. The solicitation is expected as a RFP issued as a competitive 8(a) set-aside. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management in order to do business with the government. The solicitation will be issued on or about 28 October 2020. The due date for proposals will be posted in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities web page within the beta.SAM.gov website. Paper copies will not be made available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested contractors to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities web page frequently for updates/amendments to the solicitation.
