Contractor shall provide all management, licenses/certifications, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, and transportation, to implement a government provided Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan for pest control services at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL). Pest control services shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) all current applicable Air Force (AF) and Department of Defense (DOD) standards, and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and State of New Jersey regulatory guidance on pesticide usage, disposal and applications. Service shall be performed in a manner that will ensure the health and general well-being of installation personnel, and effectively control pests. The services shall include control of common pests, monthly food facility inspection and treatment, pest control for industrial/commercial facilities, pest control for athletic fields nd park areas, Hanta virus service, mosquito and larvae control, animal control, animal waste cleanup and screen installation, and weed control. Area of service shall include Dix and Lakehurst only. ***The purpose of amendment 0002 is to provide answers to questions that were submitted by 23 August 2021 by intrerested offerers.
