The magnitude for thi... The 87th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for B355 Air Conditioning at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. This acquisition is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) construction contract. The magnitude for this acquisition will range between $25,000 and $100,000 (DFARS 236.204). The requirement includes but not limited to the contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to repair or improve air conditioning system. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% HUBZone Small Business Set Aside. Telephone or verbal requests for the Request for Proposal (RFP) or questions will not be accepted or considered. The RFP is paperless and released via the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov/. The RFP may contain files in PDF formats. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in SAM may result in the delay of award or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in SAM at the time of award. A site visit for B355 Air Conditioning will be held on 21 Aug June 2019 at 1000 EST at Building 5, Lakehurst, NJ.
