This acquisition is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) construction contract. The magnitude for this acquisition will range between $250,000 and $500,000 (DFARS 236.204). The requirement includes but not limited to the contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the work outlined in the following paragraphs and the project drawings, specifications and schedules forming parts thereof, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract to Repair/Upgrade Fire Suppression System in B124. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% HUBZone Small Business Set Aside. Telephone or verbal requests for the Request for Proposal (RFP) or questions will not be accepted or considered. The RFP is paperless and released via the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov/. The RFP may contain files in PDF formats. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in SAM may result in the delay of award or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in SAM at the time of award.
