The 87th Contracting Squadron has a requirement to iInstall a sign at Building 5518 as outlined in attachment C-1 SOW HEKP 17-4048 Install NCOA Sign and corresponding drawing in attachment C-2 B5518_NCO Academy Sign Drawing on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform all work IAW the Statement of Work. This acquisition is being solicited as a total Woman Owned Small Business set aside. Telephone or verbal requests for the Request for Proposal (RFP) or questions will not be accepted or considered. The RFP is paperless and is released using the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov/. The RFP may contain files in Microsoft Office 2010 and PDF formats. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the SAM at the time of award.
