The 87th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for B3403 Remove Raccoon Scat from Ceiling at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. The proposed contract is a firm fixed price with a not to exceed Period of Performance of 150 Calendar Days. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to safely remove Raccoon scat located above the drop ceilings and mechanical rooms located at Building 3403 at McGuire, JB M-D-L, NJ. The contractor will remove and replace 8900 square feet of suspended ceilings, 96 light fixtures and 60 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning diffusers. The contractor will also clean and disinfect structural members in rooms where Raccoons were known to travel. The contractor will also repair and/or fill any voids in walls that separate mechanical rooms and offices to ensure that Raccoons cannot travel freely throughout the facility. This acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside. Telephone or verbal requests for the Request for Proposal (RFP) or questions will not be accepted or considered. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in SAM may result in the delay of award or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in SAM at the time of award. A site visit will be held on 26 June 2019 at 0900 EST at B2402 Vandenberg Ave, McGuire Air Force Base, NJ.
