The contractor shall provide ASVAB Tutoring for the 360th Recruiting Group to up to 100 applicants per month, 1200 per fiscal year providing a series of learning styles. They will send an ASVAB study book to each applicant enrolled in the program and offer 5 live classes per week that are open to sign up for and provide access to each enrolled member to online training material. For further details on the description of this requirement to please refer to the attached performance work statement (PWS). This acquisition is being solicited as a total small business set aside and company must be registered with the Small Business Administration (SBA). Telephone or verbal requests for the request for proposals or questions will not be accepted or considrerd. All potential sources must obtain a UEI or cage code and register in the System for Award Management SAM in order to transact business with the Department of Defense. Failure to obtain a UEI or Cage code number and register in SAM may result in the delay of award of contract or possible award to the next otherwise sucessful offeror wo is registered in SAM at the time of award.
