The proposed contract is a firm fixed price not to exceed 12 weeks after award. This acquisition is being solicited a s a total small business set aside. The phone or verbal requests for the request for quotes (RFQ) or questions will not be accepted or considered. All potential sources must register in the system for award management (SAM) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense. Failure to obtain a registration in the SAM may result in the delay of award of contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the SAM at the time of award. Offerors will submit all question or comments relative to the solicitation electronically only. Questions are due 31 Aug 2022 at 5:00 PM COB EST. Quotes are due 12 September at 5:00 PM COB EST.
