This SOW defines the requirement for a Contractor to Engineer, Furnish, Install and Test (EFI&T) into service, a SCN upgrade for McGuire Airfield and a PCN and SCN upgrade for Lakehurst Maxfield Field. This upgrade shall provide a completely standalone voice initiated and controlled mass notification system for up to 20 parties at McGuire Field and up to 30 parties at Lakehurst Maxfield Field, that directly support the multiple flying missions. All future references to Government Furnished Equipment shall be reflected as (GFE). All locations are on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst.
