Please see summary of changes in attachment FA448423R00010_Ammendment 0001. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBMDL), NJ, has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance Services. The contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at JBMDL in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation under solicitation number FA448423R0010. This is a commercial acquisition. This notice is a request for proposal and is issued as a HUBZone set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 561730, Landscaping Services, with a size standard of $7.5 million. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Priced requirements contract. The period of performance will consist of a base year of 12 months and four 12-month option years. All potential sources must obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DoD). Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the SAM at the time of award. A Pre-Proposal Site Visit will be held on 26 Jul 2023 at 7:30 AM Eastern Standard Time.
