The attached Statement of Work (SOW) establishes the minimum performance, design, fabrication, installation, orientation, and test requirement for an inbound and outbound baggage handling conveyors for the 305th Aerial Port Squadron (APS) in the Air Passenger Terminal, Building 1706 at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. The work shall be completed in accordance with the attached SOW, appendices A and B, and AF Drawing BMC3F8-01. The SOW covers all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to complete the installation of the system. It also includes performance tests and making adjustments to the system as well as providing classroom and on-the-job instructions to government personnel. Appendices A and B cover all specific requirements for the inbound and outbound conveyors, resepctively. Appendices A and B contain questionnaires that are to be completed by the offeror Please submit all required documentation as well as fillout the attached pricing matrix. All quotations can be sent to Casey Pridham at casey.pridham@us.af.mil no later than 3 April 2020 at 1000 am EST. - Questions and Answers / Assumptions and Exceptions: Contractors are cautioned that all communications are to be channeled through the Contracting Officer. Any questions whether technical or contractual in nature shall be submitted in writing to the contract specialist identified above no later than 1300 on 6 March 2020. Questions will be consolidated and responses will be forwarded to all Contractors on/around 27 March 2020. Clarifications to inital questions and responses will be addressed, but no further questions will be addressed on this project after this date. - Offer Acceptance Period: The proposal must include a cover letter stating that the proposal acceptance period is at least 120 days. Contractors shall address any assumptions and proposed exceptions in their proposal. - Site Visit/Pre-Proposal Conference: A site visit/pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 4 March 2020 at 0900 EST. Place of assembly is at Air Passenger Terminal. No Government transportation (e.g. bus) will be provided. The site visit will last approximately 2 hours.
