The work shall consist of designing and constructing a new PCC parking area and associated storm water drainage systems. The Conceptual Site Plan layouts indicated in the Attachments only conceptually define the spaces and approximate square footages required. The Contractor shall provide a COMPLETE design to function in existing spaces, limitations, & Code requirements additionally defined by this SoW. The Contractor shall develop preliminary & final designs, & details based off existing dimensions, field measurements, existing limitations, and design limitations. *Note: The attachments and Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided in the solicitation phase. 1. This Synopsis will close 12 July 2025 at 2:00 PM CST. 2. A solicitation will be posted on or around 14 July 2025. 3. In accordance with FAR 36.204(f), the disclosure of magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. 4. This post does not obligate the Government or Contractor in any way shape or form.
