Any information submitted by respondents to this Source Sought Notice is voluntary. The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Respondents should not construe this notice as a commitment by the Air Force for any purpose and should refrain from providing proprietary information in the response. INTRODUCTION: The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, transportation, tools, equipment, materials and services required to furnish, remove, and install walk-in door hinges, door sweeps, hardware and repair floor underlayment at Bldg. 834 (Dining Facility) Fire Lane Rd, Drive, Little Rock AFB, AR. 72099. The contractor shall accomplish all services to meet the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work shall follow compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations, codes and license requirements. Work shall be accomplished within 30 days of contract award. The contractor shall repair or replace the following: BOX A REPLACE HINGES, DOOR CLOSURES, DOOR SWEEPS, 2ND FLOOR JOINT UNDERLAYMENT AND HINGE ANCHOR POINTS BOX B REPLACE HINGES, DOOR CLOSURES AND DOOR SWEEPS BOX C REPLACE HINGES, DOOR CLOSURES AND DOOR SWEEPS BOX D REPLACE HINGES, DOOR CLOSURES AND DOOR SWEEPS BOX E REPLACE HINGES, DOOR CLOSURES AND DOOR SWEEPS LRAFB anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition for this effort. The effort is expected to result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. NAICS code is anticipated to be 811310, size standard $12,500,000.00. INSTRUCTIONS: All businesses capable of providing services for repair and replacement of Walk-in Freezer Door Hinges are invited to respond electronically. Responses shall include company name, address, DUNS number, CAGE code, point of contact with email address and telephone number, indicate business size (small business, small disadvantaged business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, economically disadvantaged woman-owned small business, woman-owned small business, or HUBZone) using NAICS 811310, size standard $12,500,000.00, and indicate any current government contract vehicles you are currently apart of. The Air Force reserves the right to consider a small business set-aside for any subsequent acquisition based upon responses to this notice. In the event Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it will be advertised as unrestricted. Additionally, responses shall include the following: A positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor. A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor. Small business respondents should provide a statement of capabilities to assist the Air Force in making a set-aside decision. Statement of Capabilities are limited to 5 pages and should demonstrate capability to provide services for Furnishing, Removing, and Repairing of Walk-in Cooler Doors.
