The contractor must install hard-wired refrigerant leak detection systems in 186 dormitory bedrooms across Buildings 750, 751, and 768 at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas. The contractor is responsible for providing all qualified personnel, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, and services needed to meet the Performance Work Statement requirements. A site visit will be held Friday, 23 October 2026 at 9:00 AM local time, with attendees meeting at the Little Rock AFB Visitors Control Center no later than 8:45 AM for base access.
