The government seeks mortuary services for authorized personnel, including embalming, restoration, preparation, care, and disposition of remains. The contractor must provide licensed facilities, equipment, licensed funeral service practitioners, motor vehicles, professional services, supplies, death certificates, caskets, urns, outer shipping containers, transportation, and hygienic practices. Performance must be from a funeral home located no more than 50 miles from Little Rock AFB, AR.
