The scope of this project includes the installation of a new Avaya IX Messaging System with the migration of all users, lines, ancillary systems, trunks, and services currently interfaced with the Little Rock AFB Avaya CM10 The Contractor shall be required to transition using Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). The Contractor shall provide the equipment needed as well as installation and integrating with current telephone system. Will allow the system to offer voicemail services to end users across the entire base. Vendors shall perform all work IAW with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
