This is a sources sought for a Breathing Air Monitor Control system that includes the Design and implementation of the system, meeting strict specifications (Listed in attachement Performance Work Statement (PWS)). PLEASE READ: 1. Notice: This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only 1.1 The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS is 238220, “Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors” with a small business size standard of $19.0 Million. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women owned small business concerns. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. 1.2 Attached is a document containing a description of the requirement (Salient Charachteristics) and a Contractor Capability Survey (Sources Sought), which allows you to provide your company’s capability. 1.3 If the Government decides to conduct procurement as a result of this market research, a separate solicitation synopsis of that procurement will be posted to www.sam.gov. Interested companies are requested to submit a summary outline of their qualifications to provide a Water Jet to Little Rock AFB, Arkansas. References to vendor web pages will not be accepted. 1.4 Please note that we cannot return your submissions to you. 1.5 Small businesses are encouraged to participate in this Market Research. 2.
